The international environmental and recycling markets have increasingly expanded in past years. Many states follow the model of the European Union and their increasingly stricter legislation, and depend on these environmental and recycling standards. This has as consequence that the necessity of international expert discussions and conferences for the purpose of information exchange and the application of existing know how has constantly increased.

The consultants of ASCON GmbH have made presentations worldwide as speakers at international environmental and recycling conventions. From 2002 to 2004, ASCON has taken over the presentation of the optimized processing and marketing of packaging waste Green Point systems at the conventions which itut e.V has held, in joint cooperation with Pro Europe, in the countries of the EU member-applicant candidate. Since then, we have made presentations about the current developments in the European waste and recycling markets at different conventions and conferences of the European organization taiex, or at the largest North-American conventions GPEC and plastics.

In 2001, in cooperation with the Federal Association for Secondary Raw Materials e.V. and the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Germany, ASCON founded the German-Italian Symposium for sorting and utilization technology. The objective of this event was to create an international platform for optimized waste treatment and utilization.

With international cooperation partners, we organize conferences throughout Europe on subjects involving sorting technology, the application of international waste framework directives and the development of the global market for secondary raw materials.

You can find our current international conferences with registration forms under the respective button. We would be glad to also send you the CD of the corresponding conference. The respective programs can be found under Downloads.
